Cerena Healing Return Policy
At Cerena Healing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and we offer this Return Policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Returns and exchanges
Because our candles are handmade, we only accept returns in the following two cases:
- Defective or damaged products in transit.
- The product received does not match the purchase order.
To request a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Process for returns and deadlines
To initiate a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Contact us: Email us at hello@cerenahealing.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. Include your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Request review : We will review your request and, if it meets our return criteria (mentioned in the previous section), we will refund or exchange it for another of our products. You can use any courier service of your choice to return the product and send it to the postal address we will provide via email, including the order number on the package.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the return request. However, the refund period may be extended if we have not received the product.
The refund will include both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
